I really believe that. I don’t mean it in a Hallmark card kind of way. It really does! All of our experiences. They can make us better, or they can make us worse. If they make us better than they have fulfilled their mission. We are not put on this earth to decline. Naturally, we sometimes do. But if we choose to see our experiences–good and bad–as reasons to get better, and continue to grow then the “bad” ones fulfill their purpose. They are for our growth! And what more could we ask for? If every experience is seen as a learning opportunity then we have unlocked the secret on how to stay happy. Nothing is bad. There is nothing better than that!
